How is this group different?
​
This unique 5 week nurturing group is calmer and slower paced than most baby groups and also provides something for parents too. Whilst busy/ stimulating groups are very much needed for your baby’s development, they also need calm, relaxed time to prevent over stimulation. Kangaroo Parent/ baby nurture group contains 3 fantastic sections to give you and your baby the ultimate chill out. It is a relaxed and blissful space where you can really connect with and become more attuned to your baby.
Kangaroo Parent/ Baby Nurture Sessions are suitable for Babies from Birth to pre-crawling.
Welcome to my world
A fun and exciting discovery into your baby’s world. You will follow your baby’s lead and learn how to read their cues whilst enjoying some sensory activities together. You will also gain some invaluable knowledge about baby brain development, emotional regulation and techniques for calming your baby.
Baby Massage
You will learn a different body part each week and really develop a deeper connection and bond with your baby through the power of touch.
Parent Nurture
The final part of the group has relaxation techniques for parents which aims to leave you feeling a little more relaxed and refreshed, and you will also gain some useful ways of managing your own emotional health. There will be small gift to take home each week from, organic massage oil, to useful handouts and fun things to do with baby at home.
